These Terms and Conditions govern your use of LookMyTrip's services, including flight bookings,
hotel reservations, and holiday packages offered through our platform. By using our services,
you agree to abide by all applicable policies and guidelines.
2. Booking and Payments
- All bookings made through LookMyTrip are confirmed only upon successful payment.
- Prices are subject to availability and may change at any time before a booking is confirmed.
- It is your responsibility to check and confirm the accuracy of the travel details before
making payment.
- Payments can be made through credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, or other available
methods listed at checkout.
3. Cancellation and Refunds
- Each booking is subject to Our Cancellation & Refund Policy, which may vary based on the
service provider (airlines, hotels, etc.) and the type of fare or room booked.
- Some bookings may be non-refundable or partially refundable.
- Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email to support@lookmytrip.com or by
a direct call or through our website's manage booking section.
- Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 7–14 working days after approval, subject
to cancellation charges.
4. Travel Documents and Requirements
- You are solely responsible for ensuring that all passengers have valid travel documents,
including passports, visas, government IDs, and any health or vaccination certificates
required by the destination.
- LookMyTrip will not be held responsible for any issues arising due to missing or invalid
travel documents.
5. Changes to Booking
- Changes to flight or hotel bookings (like dates, names, etc.) are subject to airline/hotel
policies and may incur additional charges.
- LookMyTrip can assist in processing modifications wherever possible, but we cannot guarantee
availability or acceptance of changes by the service provider.
6. Liability Disclaimer
- We serve as a travel service provider and strive to ensure accurate information and seamless
bookings.
- However, we are not responsible for delays, cancellations, or changes made by airlines,
hotels, or third-party vendors.
- We are not liable for any losses, personal injuries, or damages incurred during travel
unless proven to be directly caused by our negligence.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, including logos, text, images, and software on LookMyTrip's platform, is the
property of LookMyTrip or its licensors. Any reproduction or misuse of content is strictly
prohibited without prior written permission.
8. User Conduct
- You agree not to use the website for fraudulent purposes, make speculative or fake bookings,
or tamper with security features.
- Any misuse may result in termination of your access to LookMyTrip and legal action.
9. Policy Changes
We reserve the right to update or revise these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior
notice. Continued use of the site after changes implies your agreement to the revised terms.

Cancellation & Refund Policy
At LookMyTrip, we aim to provide a smooth and transparent booking experience. We understand that
plans can change, and our refund and cancellation policy is designed to protect both our
customers and our operations. By booking through LookMyTrip, you agree to the terms stated
below.
1. General Terms
- All bookings made on LookMyTrip are subject to cancellation and refund policies as stated
herein.
- LookMyTrip acts as a direct service provider for flight tickets, hotel bookings, holiday
packages, and other travel services.
- By initiating a cancellation or refund request, the user agrees to all applicable charges,
conditions, and timeframes defined by LookMyTrip and any associated travel service partners.
2. Flight Bookings
A. Cancellation by Passenger
- Flight tickets can be canceled online through the "Manage Booking" section or by Calling Us.
- Refund eligibility depends on the airline fare rules and the time of cancellation.
- Airline cancellation fees, LookMyTrip service fees, and applicable GST will be deducted from
the total refund amount.
B. Cancellation by Airline
- In case of flight cancellation or schedule change by the airline, LookMyTrip will assist in
processing a full or partial refund based on the airline's compensation policy.
- Refunds for such cases are subject to approval and timelines set by the respective airline.
C. No-show Cases
- A no-show is considered when a passenger fails to report at the airport/check-in counter.
- No refund is applicable in such cases unless specified by the airline's policy.
3. Hotel Bookings
- Each hotel booking carries its own cancellation terms which will be displayed during the
booking process.
- Cancellations made within the free cancellation window (if applicable) will receive a full
refund.
- Bookings marked as "Non-refundable" will not be eligible for a refund under any
circumstances.
- In case of no-shows, the full amount may be forfeited.
4. Holiday Packages
- Cancellations for holiday packages must be submitted at least 7 days before departure.
- Cancellation charges will vary depending on the travel components (flights, hotels,
activities).
- After deducting applicable charges, the remaining amount will be refunded.
- No refunds will be processed for cancellations made within 72 hours of travel, or in the
case of no-shows.
5. Service Charges and Deductions
- All refunds will be processed after deducting:
- Airline/Hotel/Service provider charges
- LookMyTrip's cancellation processing fee
- Any applicable taxes or transaction fees
- Service fees charged during booking (convenience fee, payment gateway fee, etc.) are
non-refundable.
6. Refund Timeline
- Refunds, once approved, will be processed within 7–14 working days to the original payment
method.
- In some cases, refunds may take longer due to airline/vendor delays or banking issues.
- Users will be notified via email once the refund has been initiated.
7. Payment Disputes and Chargebacks
- Initiating a chargeback/dispute with your bank or card issuer without first contacting
LookMyTrip for resolution may result in blacklisting of the account and future denial of
services.
- All payment disputes must first be addressed by making a call.
8. Modifications and Rescheduling
- Changes to travel dates, passenger names, or itineraries are subject to airline/hotel/vendor
policies.
- Rescheduling fees and fare differences will apply.
- All modification requests must be submitted at least 48 hours before the scheduled
departure/check-in time.
9. Force Majeure & Special Situations
- LookMyTrip will not be liable for delays, cancellations, or non-performance due to
circumstances beyond its control (natural disasters, strikes, pandemic restrictions, etc.).
- In such situations, refund or rescheduling options are solely based on the terms of the
airline or service provider.
